You can return your order for 2 weeks after it is delivered and receive a full refund or exchange to another item. You are welcome to try the clothes on as you would in a store. Orders made between Nov. 10 – Dec. 23 can be returned/exchanged until Jan. 10
Return shipping is FREE from Denmark and FREE from all E.U. countries, Norway and Switzerland. Return shipping for exchanges (or partial returns) is FREE from all countries. For full returns from outside the E.U., Norway or Switzerland, a return shipping fee of 20 EUR / USD will be deducted from the return.
